The Delhi Development Authourity on Thursday decided to extend booking period for its ‘DDA Towering Heights‘ high-rise housing scheme in East Delhi’s Karkardooma, according to an official order.

The deadline for booking under the scheme was originally end of March, which was further extended to May end.

“In continuation of the above, the booking period for flats under the said scheme has been extended up to June 30. This extension provides an additional opportunity to individual buyers as well as government agencies for bulk purchase of the flats on offer,” the order said.

Under the project management supervision of NBCC, DDA’s Towering Heights has been designed as a premium residential address featuring a 48-storey, 155-metre tower, making it Delhi’s tallest residential building. It is the city’s first housing project developed under Delhi’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy.
