    Refund & Cancellation

At Newspublicly, we aim to ensure transparency, trust, and satisfaction for all our clients, advertisers, and partners.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, refunds, or cancellations are processed for digital content, advertisements, and brand collaborations on our platform.

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service from Newspublicly, you agree to the terms stated below.

    1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all paid services including (but not limited to):

    • Sponsored articles and brand features
    • Business listings or promotions
    • Banner or digital ad placements
    • Partnership and collaboration packages
    • Subscription or membership plans

    2. Service Confirmation

    • Once payment is received, clients will receive a digital confirmation email with details of their service, deliverables, and publication schedule.
    • Services commence only after written confirmation and content approval by both parties.
    • Any modification to the agreed scope after approval may incur additional costs.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    🕒 Before Service Activation

    • If you request a cancellation before the campaign or publication begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative or setup fees, typically 10–15%).
    • Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of payment by emailing contact@newspublicly.com.

    🚫 After Service Activation

    • Once your advertisement, article, or promotional content has gone live or entered production, no cancellation or refund is possible.
    • Refunds will not be issued for:
      • Partially delivered campaigns
      • Early termination by the client
      • Delayed responses, content revisions, or communication gaps

    4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
    • Service non-delivery caused solely by Newspublicly’s internal fault.
    • Technical failure (e.g., payment deducted but order not confirmed).

    In such cases:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of payment.
    • Proof of transaction and order reference must be attached.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

    5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

    • Change of business strategy, personal preference, or withdrawal after campaign launch.
    • Poor campaign results due to external market or algorithmic factors.
    • Violations of Newspublicly’s Advertising Guidelines or Editorial Standards.
    • Misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
    • Requests made after 15 days of payment (beyond refund window).

    6. Third-Party Payments

If a payment is processed through a third-party platform (e.g., payment gateway, partner, or affiliate), refund terms will depend on the respective service provider’s policy.
Newspublicly is not responsible for delays caused by third-party intermediaries or financial institutions.

    7. Chargebacks & Disputes

    • Clients are encouraged to first contact contact@newspublicly.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
    • Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of terms, and legal action may be initiated under the Indian IT Act (2000) and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules (2020).

    8. Modification of Services

If a campaign needs modification after activation, we will evaluate the request based on feasibility.
Such changes may incur additional charges and require written approval from both sides.

    9. Refund Processing Timeline

    Once approved:

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
    • International refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on bank policies.
    • All refund communication will be via official email for transparency.

    10. Legal & Jurisdiction

All refund and cancellation terms are governed by:

    • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)
    • Information Technology Act, 2000
    • Indian Contract Act, 1872

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
