Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese faced off against each other in the Fever’s 83-71 win over the Dream on Thursday. During the game, the Fever star guard fell to the floor while being guarded by the Dream center.
Clark finished with 17 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. Reese, on the other hand, notched 11 pts, 10 reb, three ast and two blks. On Friday, a fan shared a picture of the Fever star and Reese from the game on X.

Two-time NBA champion and Dallas Mavericks star Klay Thompson’s father, Mychal Thompson, claimed that the Indiana Fever don’t want to keep their star player around.
“I’m hearing from a reliable source the Fever don’t want Caitlin no more…SPARKS…Go get her…NOW!!!” Thompson tweeted on Thursday.
He reaffirmed the news in a follow-up tweet a few minutes after his original post.
“Yeah…I hear the FEVER…are “SICK”…of Clark…Y’all hearin that too?” he tweeted.
Caitlin Clark has been making headlines in the past few weeks for her altercation with coach Stephanie White. During the Fever’s 100-84 loss to the Portland Fire on Saturday, the Fever star was in a heated argument with her coach.
The clip went viral on social media and drew significant reactions from fans and analysts alike. However, Clark and White both downplayed the incident during media appearances later.
Caitlin Clark has had a good start to the season. She is averaging 19.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 8.1 assists per game on 38.7% shooting in eight appearances.
