
President Donald Trump on Thursday set a new condition to a US-Saudi nuclear deal signed the previous day by insisting the agreement was “totally subject to” the Gulf kingdom joining the Abraham Accords. Riyadh has resisted normalising relations with Israel, especially after the Gaza war, and the new condition throws the US-Saudi deal into turmoil.
