Ahead of her Wimbledon campaign, Coco Gauff playfully persuaded her parents, Candi and Corey Gauff, to share a dance. Gauff’s last outing was at the Berlin Tennis Open, where she made an early exit following her defeat to Paula Badosa 1-6, 6-3, 6-3 in the Round of 16.
She will make her next appearance at the Wimbledon Championships, with the main draw commencing on Monday, June 29, 2026. This will mark her seventh main draw appearance at The All England Club. In all the previous appearances, she has thrice reached the Round of 16, once exited in the third round, and has made a first-round exit twice.
Thanks for the submission!
She will look to make her first Grass-court Grand Slam semifinal appearance in 2026. However, before starting her run, the American tennis player took to social media and shared a heartwarming family moment while hopping on a TikTok trend with her parents. She was seen grooving to a song and persuading her parents to follow her. Candi and Corey Gauff nailed the routine with their daughter, who shared the lighthearted moment with her fans, writing:
“I didn’t teach them the dance, I just told them to try and follow me.”
Seventh-seed Gauff will face world No. 79 Tamara Korpatsch in her first round at the All England Club on Monday.
Coco Gauff makes her feelings known about her outfit for the 2026 Wimbledon Championships

Days before kicking off her run at the 2026 Wimbledon Championships, Coco Gauff unveiled her outfit for the tournament. She would be wearing an outfit designed by New Balance in collaboration with Miu Miu. The two-time Grand Slam champion will wear a two-piece outfit, including a crop top with a skirt featuring a side split. She will pair the outfit with the 530 L tennis sneakers.
In an interview with British Vogue, she highlighted the importance of wearing a good outfit.
“When I’m on the court, I feel like a superhero,” she said. “I think there’s something a bit intimidating when you’re playing someone good, but also has a good outfit on. It’s like that Rihanna quote, ‘She can beat me, but she can’t beat my outfit.’ That’s kind of how I approach it, except that I also don’t want you to beat me!”
Coco Gauff is projected to face Solana Sierra, Ann Li, and No. 4 seed Jessica Pegula in the further rounds.
