Clavicular’s hearing in court on Friday, May 15, has gone viral online. Users on social media have claimed that the judge “mogged” the Looksmaxxing influencer in court.

Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, was charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm at a wildlife sanctuary. He appeared to shoot at an alligator alongside Andrew Morales (known as The Cuban Tarzan) and Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres. According to the BBC, Peters pleaded no contest in a Miami, Florida, court on Friday.

However, apart from his hearing, another thing caught attention on social media. With the hearing being publicized, many social media users claimed that the judge “mogged” Clavicular. According to Merriam-Webster, ‘mogged’ is a slang term used to describe someone dominating or outclassing another person.

This is a prominent point, because Peters is a looksmaxxing influencer. Looksmaxxers are known to utilize and promote techniques that allegedly help them look better. This can include natural things like gym, nutrition, etc.. or other cosmetic processes.

Regardless, Peters and his co-defendants have now been sentenced to 20 hours of “cannot be streamed or monetised”. He will also have to complete firearms and wildlife safety courses. Clavicular’s attorney, Jeffrey Neiman, provided a statement to the BBC after the case, stating:

“Importantly, no individual was injured, and the alligator involved was already deceased prior to the events at issue. As part of the resolution, Braden will complete a firearms safety course, and adjudication has been withheld. He is committed to moving forward responsibly and ensuring nothing like this occurs again. We appreciate the professionalism of the State and the Court in resolving this matter.”

Neimann added that his client has “accepted responsibility for his conduct and reached a resolution that appropriately reflects the circumstances of this incident.”

The looksmaxxing influencer has been involved in numerous controversies in recent times. Alorah Ziva, whose real name is Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, has filed a lawsuit against him for alleged battery and emotional distress.

She alleges that the influencer allegedly injected her with an “unapproved drug” named Aqualyx during a Kick stream. It is allegedly used to “melt fat on her cheeks as part of his promise to help her with her online presence through looksmaxxing.” Mendoza, 18, claimed that the drugs caused her “severe emotional distress, trauma, humiliation, nightmares, fear, panic, and mental anguish.”

According to Rolling Stone, she has added another lawsuit against him. The documents claim that once, Peters took Mendoza to his parents’ home and allegedly gave her a lot of alcohol. The lawsuit further alleges:

“Peters then had sex with Mendoza while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent. That morning, while Mendoza was asleep, she woke up with Peters penetrating her and having sex with her, again without her consent.”

Peters’ attorney, Steve Kramer, has denied these claims, asserting that these are “allegations only and remain unproven.” He added that they will fight these allegations through “appropriate legal channels”.
