Will Ospreay is having an extraordinary year. He has been training with the Death Riders for the past few weeks. However, he hasn’t officially joined the faction yet. He and Swerve Strickland have reached the finals of the 2026 Men’s Owen Hart Cup. They will lock horns at Forbidden Door, and the winner of this showdown will challenge for the AEW World Championship at All In: London.

Will Ospreay was recently interviewed by KRON 4. In this conversation, he was asked about his most memorable moments since joining the Tony Khan-led company. The Aerial Assassin said that he has two.

The former International Champion revealed that he cherishes his match with WWE legend Bryan Danielson, which happened at Dynasty 2024. This was one of the greatest matches in the company’s history. Ospreay defeated the American Dragon with conviction.

“I’ve got two. When I wrestled Bryan Danielson at Dynasty, I couldn’t even imagine that match was going to happen because he got medically disqualified. I generally thought I’d never wrestle him. So when he showed up to AEW, I was like, ‘aha, there’s a chance,’ he said.

The AEW star also said that he was honored to do an entrance featuring Ezio, the main character of Assassin’s Creed.

“The other one, we had a collaboration deal with Assassin’s Creed and I got to do an entrance that featured Ezio, who was the main character for the Assassin’s Creed franchise for so long, and he got to do a voiceover for me, and I essentially got inducted into the Brotherhood, so like, that wouldn’t happen without AEW, do you know what I mean?,” he said. AEW star Will Ospreay said that he will wrestle the way he does for five more years

Will Ospreay’s extraordinary in-ring style and athleticism have made him a must-watch act. However, in the recent interview with 107.7 The Bone, the 33-year-old said that he will wrestle the way he does for five more years.

“My muscle memory for a lot of my tricks is still there. I know it’s slightly fading a little bit, but I still think I’ve got like another 5 years with my natural athleticism before I have to really tone it down,” he said.

Only time will tell what the future holds for the Aerial Assassin. Hopefully, he will win the AEW World Title this year.
