Jeff Cobb, known to WWE as JC Mateo of the MFTs and a kind of Bloodline member, has teased his future as he awaits his next opportunities. This comes from JC’s current scenario, where he’s under a 90-day non-compete clause following his May release from WWE. He has taken to X now to state his future and how the coming July looks for him.

He wrote the caption “Nuff said” with the picture too. Accompanying the post was an image of Cobb in an NJPW ring looking at Kota Ibushi, with the tweet saying that he’s bored and July should be over soon. It shows Mateo’s anticipation for the end of his clause and for him to be free to wrestle elsewhere.

“Hurry and be over July, I’m bored…..,” wrote Jeff Cobb

JC’s run with the company lasted under a year after debuting in May 2025 as part of the MFT stable. While being released on May 2, along with Talla Tonga, it has been speculated that he would return to New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

Current and former Bloodline members now hold the world title in WWE

Roman Reigns is the World Heavyweight Champion on RAW. He wanted Jey Uso to win the Undisputed WWE Championship, too, bringing all the gold to the faction. However, a former Bloodline member sneaked in and kind of did the job. As the Honorary Uce, Sami Zayn holds the Undisputed WWE Championship now on SmackDown.

However, Zayn is far from being a part of Bloodline after being an integral part of it back in 2022. The peak that the stable achieved was due to Zayn’s involvement, as he initially wanted in The Bloodline. Even when the heels were against the idea of his inclusion in their family faction, Sami yearned and later also earned his place. Only to betray Roman a few months later to save his friend, Kevin Owens.

Now the tables have turned, as Zayn now holds the title that Reigns once held. He is at the top of the roster on SmackDown, while Roman is on RAW. OTC did want Jey to win the King of the Ring and get the world title for their current iteration of Bloodline. However, a small part of the WHC’s wish was fulfilled not through Uso’s win for the world title shot but with his former stablemate’s long-overdue success.
