Tiffany Stratton is still your Women’s United States Champion as she began the women’s version of the open challenge. She faced a superstar who dominated her, but was helped by a superstar who had recently undergone a life-altering operation.
Although Trick Williams brought the United States Open challenge to a close, we’re still going to get it in another form, this time in the women’s division. Tiffany Stratton was out to defend her title, and The Irresistible Forces answered the open challenge. It didn’t take long to find out who it could have been going to wrestle, as Lash Legend was the only one geared up. Still, the size difference was a real factor here as Lash Legend essentially dominated the Champion throughout the match. It was so one-sided at one point that it seemed inevitable that Lash Legend was going to become the new United States Champion. Cue Chelsea Green, who recently underwent a heart procedure. She has been at Stratton’s side for a while now, trying to align with her against the Champion’s will.

Still, had it not been for Chelsea Green, Lash Legend would almost 100% be the new Women’s United States Champion. Chelsea Green slammed Nia Jax into the ring post, posing a major risk after just getting out of surgery a few weeks ago. Lash Legend got distracted, allowing Tiffany Stratton to pick up the sneaky win.
So that’s where we’re at now. Chelsea Green handed Stratton her US Title, which she snatched from her. With Piper Niven out for the foreseeable future and Alba Fyre released, Chelsea Green might just be in a position where she is seeking a new alliance.
Stratton doesn’t seem keen on the idea because she had no alliances when she was the WWE Women’s Champion. Still, it could turn into something special.
