“What the f***?” – Former WWE star opens up about release

A former WWE star opened up about their surprising departure from the company. The star in question was released on April 24, 2026, and never had a match on the main roster.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, Sirena Linton discussed her surprising release from the company. Linton revealed that she was stunned to get the call about her release.

“When I got the call, I was more so just like I saw TKO or not even TKO, just Connecticut. And I just looked at it and I was like, ‘What the f***?’ That’s literally all I could think of. I was just like, ‘Okay, what the f***?’”

Sirena Linton noted that she was frustrated about putting a lot of work in only for the company to just let her go out of nowhere.

“I think I just felt frustration and then disappointment, not in myself, but disappointment in the fact that I poured my heart into this company and these people that I feel like just dropped me on a dime. I think that was the most disappointing because I truly feel like a lot of these people I met are and have become really close friends and family,” she added. (H/T: Ringside News)

Sirena Linton reacts to WWE release

Sirena Linton shared a statement following her departure from WWE earlier this year.

She took to social media to comment on her time on LFG Season 3 and was excited about her future. Linton also noted that she would be unapologetically herself following her exit from the promotion.

“I have immense gratitude for everything I learned and for every person who helped me grow—as a performer, wrestler, actress, athlete, and woman. I am especially proud of the work I did on LFG Season 3, and I cannot wait for you all to see it. As I look forward into what my future holds and explore the opportunities and endeavors that await, my life’s goal has always remained the same—to inspire and empower others. To be fully, boldly, and unapologetically myself, and to do all things with love. This is what has always made me spicy.”
