Grammy Award winner Jelly Roll’s divorce with Bunnie XO has taken a shocking twist. Just a couple of days ago, it was reported that the couple have chosen to go their separate ways after nearly 10 years of marriage.
TMZ reported that country music star Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May in Tennessee. The report added that the decision was mutual and a private family matter.
Thanks for the submission!
But now, Bunnie XO has dropped another bombshell just days after this big news. Speaking on the June 18 edition of her Dumb Blonde Podcast, she candidly spoke about the divorce being filed and her relationship with the singer.
“I joke around with him. I’m like, “Well, you didn’t take care of me in the marriage, but you’re taking care of me in the divorce. So, we stan a f*cking king. I’m allowed to say that because it’s true. The thing is, that’s my f*cking best friend, dude. Like, I love him,” she said.
She then revealed that despite their divorce they are still having a child together.
“And you guys are going to be shocked to hear this, but we’re still having a baby. We’re still having a baby together. We have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered,” she added.
The couple have had their ups and downs in the past and were briefly separated in 2018 before reconciling.
Surprisingly, the divorce news comes after the singer publicly thanked Bunnie XO for saving his life during his Grammy acceptance speech.
Jelly Roll’s WWE run is over for now
During the buildup to WWE WrestleMania 42, Jelly Roll and Pat McAfee featured in the corner of Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton, respectively.
However, their presence wasn’t approved by the fans, who believed that the feud between Rhodes and The Viper didn’t need any celebrity involvement.
Jelly Roll then appeared at WrestleMania 42 and took out McAfee with a splash on the announce table. After the match was over, the singer shared a YouTube vlog where he addressed the fan reaction.
He said neither he nor McAfee belonged at the stage and they should go back to doing what they are good at.
