
Just days after US President Donald Trump announced a deal that would see Hamas to completely disarm in Gaza, the plan seems to be unravelling. Israel says it has expressed concern to Washington about the plan as it steps up its bombing campaign over the enclave. This as far-right ministers put pressure on PM Benjamin Netanyahu not to allow international forces to enter Gaza, as approved by the government. People in Gaza also say Trump’s plan is out of touch with the worsening reality on the ground.
