Ramadan Ondash walked out of Lumpinee Stadium with his hand raised and his flyweight debut wrapped in style. The Lebanese teenager, however, made sure his opponent received the credit he deserved.
The Tiger Muay Thai sensation defeated battle-tested Suriyanlek Por Yenying in their flyweight Muay Thai showdown in the main event of The Inner Circle on May 29 inside Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium.
Ondash dropped Suriyanlek en route to a hard-fought unanimous decision triumph that marked his first official outing at 135 pounds, a performance that confirmed the move up in weight has unlocked a far more dangerous version of the Lebanese phenom.
The win came against a Thai warrior who refused to give an inch, though. Suriyanlek brought every ounce of his 85-21 career experience into the contest, weathered the early storm, and pushed Ondash deep into uncomfortable territory across the contest.

Ramadan Ondash was the first to acknowledge exactly what kind of fighter he had just shared the ring with. Speaking to ONE Championship after his triumph, the Lebanese phenom kept his post-fight message full of gratitude.
“First, Alhamdulillah for everything. Thank God. He gave me this power. Alhamdullilah. This fight, it was so good, and he’s so good. He has power, has a big heart. I respect him very much. Yeah,” Ramadan Ondash said.
Ramadan Ondash calls for a scrap against fellow teenage star next
Shortly after his impressive performance against Suriyanlek, Ramadan Ondash revealed his desire to fight fellow 19-year-old warrior, Johan Ghazali, next.
A battle between these two firecrackers should deliver one epic slugfest.
The Superbon Training Camp and Rentap Muaythai Gym standout has knockout power, fight IQ, and a style that should match up well against Ondash’s aggressive and calculated style.
Above all, both stars thrive in phonebooth wars and love to put on a show for fight fans.
Ghazali has won eight times under the promotional banner, including a ferocious 16-second knockout in his debut. Ondash, meanwhile, has emerged victorious in five from six, which features a thunderous 80-second finish of Yangdam Jitmuangnon.
