IYO SKY confirmed her marriage to a male WWE star. Now, Mercedes Mone has reacted to this news.
Naraku wrestled for New Japan Pro Wrestling for several years under the ring name EVIL. He was one of the most decorated performers during his time with the company. After spending time with NJPW for several years, Naraku finally left the company. A few weeks ago, he made his first appearance on NXT and confronted Tony D’Angelo in the ring. He even made his in-ring debut this week on the black and silver brand. Outside the ring, Naraku has been in a relationship with IYO SKY for the past several years.
Recently, IYO SKY took to Instagram to announce that she and Naraku had gotten married.

Bayley wants another match with Mercedes Mone
Before arriving in AEW, Mercedes Mone competed in WWE for several years. During this time, she was part of many iconic moments and matches. One of the most memorable matches took place against Bayley during their time in NXT. Over the year, Bayley and the CEO shared the ring several times, leading to many historic moments that are still talked about to this day.
During an interview with talkSPORT, the Role Model said that she hopes she gets to compete against the CEO one more time. She also noted that she’s happy for her friend.
“I would hope so. I don’t know deep down. I used to feel deep down that – Yes. But now I don’t know. All I can do is hold on to hope, which is what I’m best at. And as long as she’s happy, I’m happy,” Bayley said. [H/T talkSPORT]
It’s unlikely that these two women will share the ring anytime soon, considering that they work for different promotions. However, it would be interesting to see another match between the two of them.
