    Megan Bayne confirms her new nickname in AEW

    AEW star Megan Bayne has added to the catalog of monikers with a new cool nickname.

    When it comes to size, strength, and raw athleticism, there are very few female wrestlers who can match Megan Bayne. The powerhouse joined AEW in January 2025, riding a serious reputation for dominating everyone in her path. A product of Ohio Valley Wrestling, Bayne didn’t take long to assert herself on weekly programming. At Revolution 2026, Bayne was rewarded for her efforts by Tony Khan as she and Lena Kross (collectively called Divine Dominion) won the Women’s Tag Titles from Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron.

    Bayne’s persona has earned her multiple monikers, including “the Megasus” and “the Greek Goddess.” Now, the 28-year-old has added another name to that list. Earlier today, Bayne took to X to post a carousel of images showing her title belt and a stunning crown on her head. She captioned the post “Your All Elite Goddess,” effectively giving herself a new moniker.

    Megan Bayne teases blockbuster match with Beth Copeland in AEW

    At Double or Nothing 2026, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage defeated FTR to become the AEW Tag Team Champions. A major factor in the legendary tag team’s success was the return of Beth Copeland (Beth Phoenix), who sought revenge on Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler for siding (kayfabe) with a double-team piledriver at All Out 2025.

    Following her return, speculation arose about the Glamazon’s status and future in All Elite Wrestling, and the strongest hint about Phoenix’s future came from reigning Women’s Tag Team Champion Megan Bayne. A few days after DON 2026, a fan took to X to express his desire to see Megan Bayne take on Beth Phoenix. This caught the attention of the Megasus, who simply responded with a thinking emoji.
