The Kuva Wytch mission in Warframe has a secret “Karotic Signa” cosmetic you can unlock by finding a series of well-hidden consoles. This is the blood-ridden Signa that Vena’s signature look is seen sporting. The orange-lit consoles you have to tap for this has to be interacted with in the correct sequence, which means it’s not easy to get it.
However, it can be easy if you look at a guide like this. Here’s all the five consoles you have locate in the Kuva Wytch level to open the secret room.
How to open Kuva Wytch hidden room to get Vena’s Karotic Signa in Warframe
First and foremost: you should only attempt to do the Karotic Signa treasure hunt solo. If you try to confront Vena directly, the doors will lock up in the Kuva Wytch and this puzzle will be rendered impossible for the remainder of that run.
Secondly, please bring some type of knockdown immunity or Primed Sure Footed. The Bloodfrenzy faction enemies that infinitely spawn in Kuva Wytch spam a whole lot of crowd-control tools, including their Garuda-mockup shields which stagger you if you shoot at those. Having status/knockdown immunity makes a world of difference here.
With those conditions out of the way, here’s what you need to do. First, start the Kuva Wytch Uranus Proxima mission either from the Proxima menu, or from Pontis Tower (Skirmish Against Vena).
Advance the mission up till the point where you board the maw and then crash into Vena’s ship. From here, follow this guide to a tee to find the orange consoles, because you need to interact with them in this exact order.
After you’ve entered the ship, directly look around the corner towards your right. The first console is hidden behind the pillar right next to the entry point.
Advance to the next room, and immediately go towards the left end of the hallway where you’ll find a long door (inaccessible) and a smaller one at the corner (this one is accessible). Enter this small chamber, and the second console will be to the left of this door.
Exit the chamber and get back on the critical path. Go up the stairs, and past the next room, and you’ll reach a long T-junction which you’ll traverse multiple times during this run. From here, take a sharp right and go towards the small door.
Here, at the foot of the stair, there will be a small door to the left. Enter this and turn to your left immediately after to find the third console.
Go back out, and look at the side of the stairway you just came down to find the fourth console in this very area.
Next, head back to the previous T-junction room. Look at the long hallway, and at its end is an easy-to-miss tunnel that loops around. Looking at the end of the hallway, hug the right wall and enter the tunnel, and immediately look towards your right to find the final console tucked into the corner here.
Once you’ve interacted with these in the sequence shown here, return to the location of the third console, and a doorway at the end of this room will now be unlocked. This is the hidden room of the Kuva Wytch, and at the other end of this winding hallway, you’ll find a briefcase that unlocks the Karotic Signa to equip on any Warframe.
After you pick up the case to get the Signa (no crafting needed), head back out and finish the Kuva Wytch mission as usual. Afterwards, you can go back to your Arsenal to find the new Signa under the Warframe Appearance > Attachments menu as usual.

Note: In the current Warframe patch there’s a bug that may prevent the mission rewards from registering properly if you Abandon after extracting into your Railjack. To seal the deal, make sure to re-run The Kuva Wytch from the Railjack mission control, and then Abandon mid-mission in that run.
