Kylie Jenner opened up about her pregnancies during her recent interview with Jake Shane. The beauty entrepreneur who became a mother at an early age also shared the postpartum complications she faced. For those unfamiliar, Kylie Jenner is a mother to an 8-year-old daughter, Stormi, and a 4-year-old son, Aire. Jenner shares both of her kids with her ex, Travis Scott.
In the May 13 episode of the Therapuss podcast, the Kylie Cosmetics founder revealed that she was so afraid to share her pregnancy news with her parents, Kris and Caitlyn Jenner.
“I was 19 when I got pregnant. I was freaking out. Yeah, I was freaking out. I was really scared to tell my parents,” she shared.
The reality star told Shane that despite her fear, she knew that she wanted to become a mother.
“I had to make a decision for myself. What do I really want? What can I handle? And even if I have to do this alone, however, this is the choice I’m going to make,” Kylie Jenner continued.
Kylie Jenner recalled that she told her mom about her pregnancy and noted that “no one was angry” at her. The Life of Kylie star further revealed in the podcast that she decided to keep her pregnancy hidden, so she stayed at home. The reality star also reflected on the moment she announced the birth of her daughter. Jenner mentioned that she cried for three hours after making the announcement.
“[It was] just a big thing that I was, hiding from the world. And I was worried about everyone’s reactions. It was just so emotional. And I’m like, ‘Maybe next time I wouldn’t do that,'” she said.

Elsewhere in the podcast, Kylie Jenner also opened up about the challenges she faced when she was pregnant with her son Aire. The reality star recalled that she had been suffering from chronic back pain for more than three years when she conceived her second child. Jenner noted that her second pregnancy deteriorated her pain.
“I couldn’t leave my bed anyway because I was in so much back pain and sciatica pain. And lots of things were happening with my vagina. I was three centimeters dilated for like a month and a half, two months — the baby was falling out,” Jenner shared.
The youngest Kardashian sister said that she was disappointed when the doctor advised her bed rest, as she wanted to work out. Kylie Jenner also touched on the cravings she had when she was pregnant with her son.
“I ate a pint of ice cream every night. I just dove right in. I had lots of ice cream. Just lots of carbs. Bagels,” she said.
Elsewhere in the Wednesday podcast, Kylie Jenner unloaded on paparazzi. The reality star called it “diabolical” how the paparazzi treated her when she was a child.
The reality star recently made headlines after two of her former housekeepers filed lawsuits against her and her companies.
