As per Rockstar Games, pre-orders for GTA 6 are officially live. The hotly anticipated sandbox action-adventure is the next entry in the universally acclaimed crime series and is set to launch on current-gen consoles later this year. As expected, the pricing for the game is in line with industry standards, starting at $79.99 USD for the base game.

How much does GTA 6 pre-order cost?
As the most ambitious installment in the history of the GTA franchise, it will also be the most expensive. It will be available in two SKUs, so here are the prices to take a look at when pre-orders go live on June 25, 2026:
- Standard Edition: $79.99
- Ultimate Edition: $99.99
The Ultimate Edition contains additional items, including exclusive weapons, vehicles, and cosmetics for protagonists Lucia and Jason, and will be available to purchase separately for Standard Edition owners. While both editions are available as physical and digital versions to pre-order, please note that the physical copies are code in a box.
Those who pre-purchase GTA 6 before November 20, 2026, will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack add-on, which contains items paying homage to GTA Vice City, one of the series’ best entries. Additionally, buyers will also get a free one-month subscription to GTA+ for GTA Online.
Preload for the game begins on November 12, 2026, about a week ahead of launch on consoles. The game can be purchased via the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Rockstar Games Store, and other retail storefronts.
GTA 6 Trailer 3 release date speculation
While fans eagerly anticipate the arrival of the third trailer for GTA 6, we do not have official confirmation yet from Rockstar as to when new footage will arrive. That said, there are high chances of Trailer 3 dropping on June 25, 2026, alongside live pre-orders to keep the hype train moving forward.
This also makes sense since Rockstar Games recently unveiled a bunch of new GTA 6 screenshots. That said, this is still speculation on our end, so we’ll have to wait for more details. GTA 6 arrives on November 19, 2026, exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
