England head coach shares sneak peek into stopping Argentina’s Lionel Messi in 2026 FIFA World Cup SF

Messi, 39, is having a dream campaign, striking eight times in six games and assisting twice and is one behind Golden Boot leader Kylian Mbappe (eight goals, three assists) of France, who lost 2-0 to Spain in the first semi-final on Tuesday in Dallas.
“We respect our opponent, but we don’t dip into historic events, and we don’t make it bigger than it is,” Tuchel said (as per Rediff). “It’s a big football match, a big occasion.
“Once Leo Messi has the ball, the movement starts, and just the technical execution of the delivery and of the supply of Messi is on the absolutely highest level. So there’s a lot to take care of, but we are here to impose our style, to impose our strengths.”
Messi is looking to win hs first FIFA World Cup Golden Boot, having won the Golden Ball twice (2014, 2022) while the Albiceste seek a successful title defence.
