An alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune, from the 2009 batch and also King’s College, London, from the 2011 batch, Loya started her career as a paralegal at SKJ Legal Company and subsequently joined Chambers of Justice SV Gangapurwala as counsel.
In 2013, she joined ALMT Legal as an associate and later joined the full-service firm Trilegal. Subsequently, in 2016, she joined the firm Nishith Desai & Associates, and in 2023, she joined Denton Link Legal as a partner.
