A popular SmackDown Superstar recently teased facing Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s Championship at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event. She has never wrestled The Eradicator in one-on-one action before.

The aforementioned star is WWE Women’s United States Champion Tiffany Stratton. She won the gold by defeating Giulia on the April 24 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. She successfully defended the title earlier this month on May 8 against The Beautiful Madness’ tag team partner Kiana James.

Tiffany Stratton recently interacted with her fans on a Twitch live stream. During the live session, one of the users noted that she could take the WWE Women’s Championship off Rhea Ripley to become a double champion. The 27-year-old got excited and stated that she could do it at SummerSlam.

You can check out Tiffany Stratton’s comments in the clip below:

The Eradicator won the WWE Women’s Championship by dethroning Jade Cargill at WrestleMania 42. However, she is still feuding with The Storm and her stablemates. Ripley and Cargill are expected to compete for the gold again at an upcoming event.

Tiffany Stratton had previously hinted at going after Rhea Ripley’s WWE Women’s Championship

Tiffany Stratton was absent from this year’s edition of The Showcase of the Immortals. The Buff Barbie addressed being left off the WrestleMania card during a recent interview with Joey Karni.

Stratton believes that her unfortunate WrestleMania snub could set her up for bigger opportunities at SummerSlam, competing for the WWE Women’s Championship currently held by Rhea Ripley or main-eventing WrestleMania 43.

“I fully believe everything happens for a reason. Me not being on this year’s Mania is setting me up for something bigger. Whether that’s SummerSlam in Minnesota this year and fighting for the WWE Women’s Championship or main eventing next year’s WrestleMania, I fully believe everything happens for a reason,” Stratton added.

Jade Cargill and Chelsea Green wrestled a non-title match against each other earlier this year when they were the WWE Women’s Champion and the WWE Women’s United States Champion. Although unlikely, it will be interesting to see if Rhea and Tiffany also come face-to-face for their first-ever singles clash in the near future.
