Charlotte Flair had to team with her longtime rival tonight on WWE SmackDown. This match was made official after a confrontation took place earlier in the show.

Charlotte Flair is one of the greatest female performers in the history of WWE. During her time with the company, she has competed against some of the best women in the business. One of her biggest rivals has always been Rhea Ripley. The two of them have squared off a few times in the past, and there is no love lost between them. However, they are currently in the same boat after Fatal Influence started attacking them a few weeks ago. They also found similar enemies in Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab. Tonight on SmackDown, Flair and Alexa Bliss confronted Rhea Ripley about her absence last week. They were interrupted by Fatal Influence. As things escalated, Flair challenged Fatal Influence to face her and Alexa later in the show. Following the segment, Bliss told Flair that she should team with Rhea tonight.

Later on in the show, Flair and Rhea Ripley teamed up against Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. During the match, the Queen and Mami struggled to get on the same page when it came to tagging in and out of the match. During the closing moments of the match, Rhea was about to hit the Riptide on Lainey Reid when Flair tagged herself into the match. After Mami hit the Riptide, Flair hit the Natural Selection and picked up the win for her team. After the match, Flair, Bliss, and Rhea were attacked from behind by Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab. Fatal Influence also joined in the attack. Cargill laid out Ripley with Jaded.

Charlotte Flair said she is not passing the torch

Charlotte Flair is one of the most decorated women in WWE history. Despite accomplishing so much, she still wants to achieve more.

During an interview with TV Insider, Flair was asked where her future was headed. She said she wants to win her 15th Women’s Championship and main event WrestleMania. The Queen also said that she is not passing the torch.

“Winning 15. Main eventing WrestleMania. I’m not passing the torch. Someone has to take it,” she said.

It will be interesting to see Charlotte Flair win her 15th Women’s Championship.
