Getting started with Animal Hospital
When you launch Animal Hospital on your device, you will be spawned in an arena. There you can join a group of 3 players standing inside a flashing square to play together and start the game.
After this, you will be sent to a veterinary clinic where you must juggle multiple tasks, including admitting patients to the hospital while ensuring there are no anomalies among them, following them to their designated room before starting their time-bound treatment.
After a few minutes into the game, a senior doctor will arrive, marking the beginning of the next shift. And with that, the difficulty level will increase, meaning now you will have to be ready for more emergency-like situations, such as a patient on fire running into the hospital or a monster showing up most unexpectedly.
The gameplay is further spiced up as you are required to ensure minimal casualties of the real patients while fighting monsters who drain your ‘Sanity Level’. If either of the two is not taken care of, the game will be over.

Task 1 – Admit patients to the hospital
Take charge of the reception area and admit new animal patients to the hospital. This task involves registering their names, clicking their picture, and creating their IDs. In this area, you can also monitor CCTV cameras and sip coffee to increase your Sanity Level.
If you suspect a patient might be an imposter (a monster disguised as a patient), you can reject them by pressing a nearby red button.
Task 2 – Attending to patients
Once patients have been admitted, the next job is to start their treatment. Each of them has a designated room in the hospital where you or a team member must visit to start the treatment. This job is often time-bound, requiring you to finish some mini-games and run for certain supplies in the hallway. The required supply is shown on the blackboard just behind the patient’s bed.
Task 3 – Fighting off imposters
One can never be ready enough to fight imposters in Animal Hospital since they show up in the most unexpected ways. Some imposters turn from a patient into a monster while you are busy treating them; others straight up catch you off guard when you are engaged with other tasks.
