A popular AEW trio is set for their long-awaited reunion, as they will imminently share the ring against another top faction on the roster. This partnership was teased tonight, and their match has been made official.

Jack Perry and the Young Bucks were part of the heel version of The Elite in 2024, but they would end up growing apart, with Perry holding a grudge against the two of them. They eventually began feuding, which led to Jurassic Express’s reunion. But after the Bucks turned back to babyfaces last year, they have all become allies. Kenny Omega is also part of their group.

Earlier tonight, TMDK confronted Omega after his match. It seemed as if Zack Sabre Jr. was out there to intimidate him ahead of their match at Forbidden Door. It seemed as if he was going to play the numbers game until Jack Perry and the Young Bucks came out to back Kenny up.

It seems that this was a tease, as on AEW Collision this Saturday, Perry is set to team up with the Young Bucks for a trios match against The Lethal Twist. This will be their first time teaming up as a trio since March 18, when they took on members of the Don Callis Family.

Jack Perry has been a topic of discussion recently, as his AEW contract is set to expire soon. It was reported that this could be anytime soon, but he is actively negotiating a new one with the company. It remains to be seen if there will be any sudden changes. Given that he is still being featured on TV, it seems the talks are heading in a positive direction.

Fans should stay tuned to Collision this weekend as there may be some interesting developments on the road to Forbidden Door.
