Rockstar Games has dropped a massive newswire about GTA Online The Kortz Center Heist DLC, and the mansion’s new Art Studio. This will be a brand new property purchasable inside the mansion and will be used to scope out the new heist. Various new details have now emerged, including how it will operate and reward you with art pieces.

Rockstar reveals GTA Online Mansion Art Studio details
On July 9, 2026, Rockstar Games dropped a newswire about GTA Online The Kortz Center Heist DLC releasing on July 14, 2026. This update will also come with a brand new sub-property named Art Studio. As mentioned before by the developers, this property will be part of a mansion.
Those who own the bungalow will be able to add the new studio from the Prix Luxury Real Estate website. It is worth mentioning that the cost of the mansion’s studio is still unknown.
Once you own and renovate the studio, it will act as an operations center where you can plan the heist. Interestingly, a “gifted counterfeiter” artist will arrive at your studio, creating all kinds of fake artworks that you can replace when stealing the actual artworks from the Kortz Center.
As you progress through all the prep work for the heist, all the acquired gear will be stashed in the Art Studio, along with the fake artworks that you need to replace in the heist. While choosing the approach for the heist, you will get to choose from the stockpile of artworks that you can take to replace.
After the heist, the Art Studio will also allow you to keep the Primary Target for yourself instead of handing it over to Mr. Faber, with whom you will be working.
Once you keep the artwork, you can hang it in your mansion and boast about different artworks that you steal from the Kortz Center every week. Rockstar Games has already showcased four brand new artworks that you can steal. All of the revealed paintings are filled with easter eggs about other Rockstar titles like GTA 4, Red Dead Redemption, GTA San Andreas and more.

Apart from the studio, Rockstar Games gave a brief on the new GTA Online heist. First, we will have to purchase the studio to start the heist. Then, we need to go to the Kortz Center to take pictures of the artwork without alerting the guards. The reconnaissance will then help us chalk out the finale.
One interesting detail is that the community was heavily speculating that Mr. Faber would be the villain in the Summer DLC. However, Rockstar Games threw a curveball by confirming that you will be working with him, at least for this heist.
