Tyreek Hill is still a free agent. The one-time Super Bowl-winning wide receiver and perennial Pro Bowler remains unsigned after being released by the Miami Dolphins in February.

3. Washington Commanders
The Washington Commanders did not re-sign Deebo Samuel Sr. after the 2025 season. Samuel amassed a stat line of 72 receptions for 727 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 16 games as the Commanders missed out on the playoffs.

That means there’s a spot open for a WR2 in the promising NFC East franchise. That spot could be occupied by Tyreek Hill when he returns from injury.
Hill could join Terry McLaurin and create one of the most talented wide receiver duos in football. His days as an elite WR1 might be over, but catching passes from Jayden Daniels could be what he needs to remind the rest of the league about his all-world talent.
2. Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons have been extra busy this offseason. The NFC South franchise has a new coach in Kevin Stefanski, is retaining the talented pass-catching duo of wide receiver Drake London and tight end Kyle Pitts, and drafted wideout Zachariah Branch.
However, the Falcons still lack a truly elite WR2. That’s where Tyreek Hill could come in. Hill is one of the most experienced players still available via free agency, and he could come in with a chip on his shoulder.
Hill is a bigger draw than the other wideouts on the roster, including but not limited to Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus. He’ll also provide a deep threat for either Tua Tagovailoa or Michael Penix Jr. It’s a move that should benefit both parties.
1. Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs selected Tyreek Hill in the fifth round of the 2016 draft. Hill would go on to win one Super Bowl with Andy Reid’s team while staking his claim for the title of “league’s best wide receiver”.
Hill spent six very successful years with the Chiefs before he was traded to the Miami Dolphins. He’s now a free agent and potentially open to running it back with Patrick Mahomes and Co.
The Kansas City Chiefs have Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy, and Tyquan Thornton in the current wide receiver room. Hill could potentially step in and become either the WR1 or WR2, under the right circumstances.
It remains to be seen whether the Chiefs are ready to sanction a move for one of their best players in modern history. The presence of the five-time first-team All-Pro star could add another storyline in the franchise’s dynasty.
