The UFC Freedom 250 event was possibly the greatest MMA show in the history of the sport.
Taking place on the South Lawn of the White House, it featured some of the best fighters in the promotion fighting under a huge structure with thousands of military personnel and politicians watching.
This was part of the America 250 celebrations, and the fighters all walked out from the White House with some great touches all around.
The production value was top-notch with great sound quality, lighting, and much more. However, it did come at a cost. Mark Shapiro, the TKO COO and president, earlier revealed that the cost of the event was over $60 million.

He even claimed that the UFC would lose $30 million despite landing several sponsorship deals, and it seems such a grand event will never happen again.
Dana White was speaking to the press after the fights and was asked if this was a historic event and it would never be topped.
The UFC CEO brought up The Sphere event, which was held in the Las Vegas Sphere, and he believed that would never be bettered either:
“That’s what I thought about the Sphere, and here we are now.”
White added that he was always looking for the best experience for his fans:
“I am always looking to go to great arenas with good technology. Give fans that show up the best experience we possibly can.”
However, he brought up that this White House event would never be repeated:
“This was an amazing experience, a one-of-one. That will never happen again.”
A journalist asked White if they could do this next year, should the US president bring it up, but the UFC CEO confirmed it was not possible due to the money involved:
“I can’t afford it. There’s no f****** way we can do this again. I will never do the Sphere again and we will never do this again.”
