Roman Reigns is back at the top of WWE since capturing the World Heavyweight Championship, beating CM Punk in a fashion at WrestleMania 42 Night Two. The Stamford-based promotion has not only brought OG The OTC back but also his iconic Bloodline faction.

The June 15 episode of Monday Night RAW kicked off with The Original Tribal Chief finally compelling his Bloodline, making it stronger than ever, and adding Jacob Fatu to their crew. The Tribal Chief crowned the Samoan Werewolf with a new accessory, a brown Ula Fala.

Many fans are wondering what this “Brown Ula Fala” stands for. It is a handcrafted necklace with polished segments of the pandanus fruit. The red Ula Fala is carried by the High Chiefs of the Samoan clan. In the Bloodline, that is Roman Reigns.

Meanwhile, Ula Fala’s brown version is what Jacob Fatu earned on the latest episode of Red Brand, according to an X account, which is a general necklace for Tulāfale (Talking Chief).

Storyline-wise, it seems that The OTC has given the Samoan Werewolf a major place in the Bloodline, putting him in line ahead of the Usos.

What’s next for Roman Reigns in WWE?

It’s only been 58 days since the Original Tribal Chief captured the World Heavyweight Championship, and he has already done two title defenses, both against Jacob Fatu in blockbuster matches at Backlash and Clash in Italy 2026 now.

Reigns’s streak of competing on the PLEs consecutively since the Royal Rumble 2026 premium live event would come to an end at Night of Champions earlier this month, as he is not advertised for the Saudi Arabia-based PLE.

Meanwhile, on the red brand this week, Triple H teased his next feud, most likely for SummerSlam 2026. It appears the King of the Ring winner this year will face Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed strap at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Roman sent The Usos to handle business with LA Knight, who has been talking trash about him and his Bloodline for a while. Jey and Jimmy tried to talk it out with The Megastar, but things got physical real quick.

As things went out of control, Jacob Fatu rushed in and took Knight out with his Tongan D*ath Grip. The former United States Champion would definitely get revenge for his attack, and this may lead to a direct feud with Reigns, and the company could build it up to a title match at WWE SummerSlam 2026.

Knight and Reigns had collided twice, both in a title match. First at Crown Jewel 2023, where LA challenged The OTC for his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, but with Jimmy Uso’s help, Roman managed to beat him.

The second time, The Megastar had his shot against Tribal Chief again for his Undisputed title in a Fatal Four-Way match at WWE Royal Rumble 2025, where he went against Reigns, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles. However, Roman still managed to beat all of them and retain his title.

That said, it will be interesting to see what plans Triple H and his WWE creative team have in store for The OTC in the coming weeks.
