The Miz’s curse continues on SmackDown; his plan backfires in a huge way

The Miz was recently cursed. His curse continued tonight on SmackDown as his plan backfired in a massive way.

The Miz was cursed by Danhausen several weeks ago for refusing to take him on as a mentor. However, the A-Lister has denied that he is cursed. Over the next few weeks, Danhausen and the A-Lister were involved in several backstage segments that didn’t end well for the latter. The A-Lister teamed with Kit Wilson to face Danhausen and Minihausen at Backlash 2026. However, the night didn’t end well for the former WWE Champion as he was on the losing end.

Tonight on WWE SmackDown, Miz and Kit Wilson interrupted Trick Williams during the latter’s segment. Things quickly escalated between them, and Trick attacked both men. Moments later, they competed in a singles match. During the bout, Kit Wilson distracted the referee while the A-Lister grabbed a kendo stick from under the ring. However, Lil Yachty grabbed the kendo stick from him and hit Kit Wilson with it. Trick recovered and hit his finisher to pick up the win. It looks like Miz is still cursed.

The Miz wants Danhausen out of WWE

For the past few weeks, The Miz has been trying to prove that he is not cursed. However, bad things keep happening to him on SmackDown.

During an appearance on ESPN’s Get Up, the A-Lister reiterated that he is not cursed. He also said he wants Danhausen out of WWE.

“People are saying that I’m cursed, and he can curse people. These are not curses. A curse is not when you step in some bubble gum; it’s when lightning strikes you from above… I am sick of Danhausen. Danhausen needs to be out of the WWE, and that is exactly what I plan on doing at Backlash,” Miz said.

The A-Lister may be the only one who is sick of Danhausen.
