Trump’s army killed 3 Indians, and even after that, they’re acting so arrogant. Modi himself is going forward to meet Trump.”Congress official X handle also posted sharp remarks targeting the Prime Minister, writing ‘shameful’.AAP links criticism to deaths of Indian nationalsThe Aam Aadmi Party focused its criticism on the killing of three Indian nationals in the US military strike on the tanker MT Settebello. In a statement on social media, the party said it was “shameful” that Prime Minister Modi interacted cordially with Trump despite the deaths.“Prime Minister Modi may thank Trump as much as he wants and bow before him, but one day this country will surely get a strong Prime Minister who will look America straight in the eye and respond to every word of theirs in their own language.”The criticism came after videos and photographs from the G7 Summit circulated widely on social media, prompting opposition parties to question the nature of the interaction between the two leaders.
