Nick Aldis got into a heated exchange right outside the arena on SmackDown in Bologna, Italy. A 38-year-old star was furious with the SmackDown GM and threatened to drown him in lawsuits.
Gunther has been furious about the way things have started for him in SmackDown, starting from the contract signing. Nick Aldis and many WWE fans would likely argue that Gunther was responsible for his undoing. Things went from bad to worse after the controversial finish to Cody Rhodes’ match against Gunther at Clash in Italy. That’s why The Ring General was seething as he destroyed the tables at ringside to open SmackDown. The segment ended in a rather unexpected interference from Sami Zayn, and both Cody and Sami teamed up to take Gunther out, even though they are on bad terms right now.
Thanks for the submission!
In the area right outside the arena where SmackDown was taking place, Nick Aldis and Gunther got into a bit of a verbal altercation. Aldis was angry at Gunther, but the Ring General demanded that he fix the situation. If he didn’t, Gunther threatened to drown him with lawsuits and said that even Aldis’ grandchildren will need lawyers.

Aldis kept his composure, but it remained a volatile situation. Sami Zayn was backstage and was asked to meet Nick Aldis, and he had a hilarious one-sided interaction with Johnny Gargano, who somehow got his visa sorted, got on a flight, just to lie in the same position in Italy.
Aldis then reprimanded Sami Zayn, demanding that he stay out of the WWE Title picture between Cody Rhodes and Gunther because he just made the situation worse. Sami couldn’t understand it, but he was blown off again as Aldis said he had a meeting with someone. That someone happened to be none other than Chad Gable, who was recently unmasked as the original El Grande Americano.
