The New York Giants signed JuJu Smith-Schuster to their roster last week. However, the wideout didn’t look up to speed at the team’s mandatory minicamp session on Monday.

In a video that has been doing the rounds on social media, Smith-Schuster appeared to be slow-moving during a play, which ultimately resulted in a dropped catch.

“He’s been trash since 2020,” one tweeted.

@NFL_DovKleiman hes been trash since 2020💀💀

    “Cut him,” another added.

    “Slow asf,” a third commented.

Here are a few more reactions.

    “Disgusting,” one wrote.

“Too busy practicing tiktok dances,” another added.

“He slowed down for a few steps then had to speed up because he couldn’t read the flight of the ball?” a user tweeted.

JuJu Smith-Schuster wo the Super Bowl with the Chiefs in 2023, which was his first stint with the franchise. The WR spent the 2023 season with the New England Patriots before returning to Kansas City in 2024, playing with the team for two years.

It remains to be seen how Smith-Schuster will fare with the Giants.
