Max Verstappen’s girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, drew attention online as she shared images of herself from a yacht on Monaco. On Thursday, the 37-year-old shared an image via her Instagram story , featuring herself in an all-black outfit.

Kelly Piquet and Max Verstappen have been in a relationship since 2020. They also have a daughter together named Lily, who was born in 2024. Piquet also has another daughter named Penelope from her previous relationship with former F1 driver Daniil Kvyat.

She is also the daughter of 3x F1 world champion Nelson Piquet and hails from Brazil. Piquet is a model by profession, and often shares updates from her personal and professional life via her social media accounts.

On Thursday, Piquet shared an image via her Instagram story that grabbed many fans’ attention. In the photos, she could be seen aboard a yacht in Monaco, with the city’s famous hillside skyline in the background. In the images, Piquet could be seen wearing an all-black outfit featuring a black vest and trousers, as she posed alongside fellow models Frida Aasen and Claire Rose.

Kelly Piquet has often been spotted alongside Max Verstappen at multiple F1 race weekends during their nearly six-year-long relationship. Most recently, she was also present at the Miami Grand Prix to support the 4x world champion.

It would not be a surprise if Piquet is also spotted at the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend, which is the next round of the 2026 F1 season. Verstappen and Piquet, their daughter Lily, and Penelope, live in the Principality.

Verstappen finished third at the Canadian GP, which was the most recently concluded round of the 2026 F1 season, to secure his first podium of the year. The Red Bull Racing driver will be hoping to take this momentum into Monaco, where he has won on two previous occasions.

Max Verstappen explained that he was unsure where Red Bull will stack up for this weekend’s Monaco GP. He added that while the race can always throw in some surprises, he is unsure what kind of a result he and the team can achieve this weekend.

When asked in the FIA press-conference on Thursday if he can challenge for the podium or even a win on Sunday, Verstappen replied:

“Let’s see. I mean, I don’t know. It will depend on a lot of things. I don’t know how the car is going to feel tomorrow. Monaco can always give you some surprises.

“But realistically from my side, we’ve been okay in the low speed, but at the same time here you need to be good on the bumps and the kerbs, which is where we’re not that great. So, yeah, we’ll have to see how it will evolve throughout the weekend.”

When asked which area he is looking at trying to improve the most in his RB22, Verstappen replied saying that he and the team is always looking to get better in all areas at all times. He then pointed out that based on Montreal, straightline speed is definitely something they need to improve on going forward.
