George Kittle’s wife Claire Kittle opens up about her decision to choose IVF technology as her preferred route of reproduction
On May 29, Claire Kittle shared an episode on her “Wife’d Up, Mic’d Up” vlog series. In the video, Kittle, who was a former college basketball athlete, traveled to California with George Kittle for organized team activities and then to Beverly Hills for an IVF consultation and an ultrasound.
She shared why she opted for the IVF process instead of the traditional method.
“I really just want to do this because the goal is to make embryos. He and I, just to have those as a backup plan and for peace of mind,” Claire Kittle revealed. “I think it will reduce my anxiety and my stress around getting pregnant.”
Claire also talked about the loss of her first pregnancy.
“George and I have been together a long, long, long time. We’ve had one pregnancy that resulted in an ectopic. We did a lot of genetic testing and everything. So if it is meant to happen, it is going to happen. This is just a necessary step to go down that route,” she said.
George Kittle helped Claire take her first-ever injection in the vlog.
