
Israeli and Jordanian forces on Sunday intercepted an Iranian missile aimed at the Jordanian city of Aqaba, the Israeli military said. Reporting from Israel, FRANCE 24’s Noga Tarnopolsky explains that Israel was hit by sharpnel from the interception. While no one was injured, there was a “sense in Israel that the war is escalating”.
