Bo Dallas (aka Uncle Howdy) departed WWE earlier this year. Recently, a huge announcement was made about Dallas outside the sports entertainment juggernaut.

After Bray Wyatt’s passing, Bo Dallas, portraying the Uncle Howdy gimmick, formed The Wyatt Sicks in WWE. The eerie faction consisted of Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, and Nikki Cross. Howdy & Co. made a blockbuster debut on RAW in June 2024 and went on to win the Tag Team Championship.

The Wyatt Sicks were involved in lengthy feuds with factions like American Alpha, The Final Testament, and MFT on WWE programming. However, the stable arguably failed to reach its true potential due to lackluster booking. In April 2026, the promotion released Howdy and his then-teammates from their contracts.

The 90-day non-compete clause in Bo Dallas’ WWE contract has now concluded. Hence, he is a free agent and is available to take bookings outside the sports entertainment juggernaut.

Interestingly, the former NXT Champion has yet to wrestle following his departure from World Wrestling Entertainment. However, Dallas was recently announced for the Lexington Comic & Toy Convention. LCTC will take place from September 4 to September 6 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, New York.

The Wyatt Sicks Wanted Their Own Sitcom on WWE TV

Given the success of The Wyatt Family, fans had high expectations for The Wyatt Sicks in WWE. The Uncle Howdy-led group had a unique look and presentation. However, the creative team consistently booked the faction in inconsequential storylines with no character development.

Joe Gacy, who held the Tag Team Title as part of The Wyatt Sicks, recently appeared in an interview on Casa D-18 Studios‘ YouTube channel. During the chat, Gacy revealed that he and his stablemates wanted to be featured in a creepy sitcom, but the idea never materialized.

“We had this basically this idea where we would be in our own sitcom, but it would be very weird. Like something where me [sic] and Nikki are on the floor playing with toys and Dexter’s doing whatever he’s doing, and we’re just in a living room, living like a family, and like Rowan comes in from work. It’s like we have laugh tracks, but like it’s real awkward and creepy, and weird things happen, kind of like how they did in WandaVision. That was something we pitched early on that never, unfortunately, came to fruition,” Gacy said. (H/T: No DQ)

Gacy and Dexter Lumis are currently working as a tag team on the independent circuit. It will be interesting to see when Bo Dallas laces up his wrestling boots again.
