Ariana Grande has provided aid for children and affected families in Gaza through her Brighter Days Ahead Foundation.

Last week, Save the Children UK shared that Ariana Grande‘s Brighter Days Ahead Foundation has provided aid through an Emergency Support Fund to children in Gaza. The donation has affected over 150K children. In an official statement, they wrote:

“We’re so grateful to have been chosen by Ariana Grande’s Brighter Days Ahead Foundation to receive a grant from the Emergency Support Fund. The money will go directly to children and families in Gaza, to help them through the unimaginably difficult situation they’ve been put in.”

    They continued:

“While only an end to the occupation can truly protect children in Gaza, we’ll be by children’s side until their nightmare ends. Thank you again to @brighterdaysaheadfdn and @arianagrande – your support truly makes a difference.”

Fans took to X to react to Grande’s act, with many praising her gesture. One X user wrote:

On June 12, Ariana Grande announced the launch of her foundation, Brighter Days Ahead. In a statement on Instagram, she wrote:

“Our mission is to support, protect, and provide essential resources to vulnerable people in need. Through four dedicated funds, we will be backing a number of remarkable organisations that offer the safety, care, and support that so many urgently require today. (…) It has been my privilege to be able to support these causes on my own over the years, and I’m grateful to now be able to expand that reach and amplify the life-saving work that these organizations do through the Brighter Days Foundation.”

    They added:

“The Brighter Days Ahead Foundation by Grande uplifts and directly funds small organizations that provide protection, support, and vital resources for vulnerable communities.”

The aid to Gaza marks one of Grande‘s first major projects through her new foundation. The amount of her donation, however, has not been revealed. Further, Grande’s foundation has also announced three funds that will directly support LGBTQIA+ individuals, in celebration of Pride Month. They are Protect & Defend, Heal & Dream, and Seen & Celebrated.

Their Emergency Support Fund is also available for communities in need, and includes the likes of New York Cares, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

In her professional front, Ariana Grande is currently on her Eternal Sunshine tour in celebration of her latest studio album, Eternal Sunshine. However, her next album. Petal, is set to be released on July 31.
