    The countdown for the GTA Online The Kortz Center Heist has now started. The update is around 24 hours from release on all platforms. This is a brand new heist arriving in the game after more than five years. The last time Rockstar Games added a heist was Cayo Perico, which has been rinsed and repeated hundreds of times by seasoned players. Hence, this new heist will be a breath of fresh air.

    Here is the countdown timer for the GTA Online The Kortz Center Heist DLC. The moment this countdown timer ends, the update will be pushed on all platforms.

    As mentioned before, the DLC will release on July 14, 2026, at around 5:00 AM EDT. Though Rockstar Games never reveals the exact time of release of any DLC, the hardcore fans and enthusiasts have seen previous GTA Online update release patterns to learn Rockstar Games’ exact release time on any day.

    For several years now, DLCs have always been released at 2 AM PT / 5 AM ET. Hence, there are strong chances that this update could be released around that time on July 14, 2026.

    Here is a list of times at which the DLC might drop in different time zones:

    • 2 am PDT
    • 5 am EDT
    • 10 am BST
    • 9 am GMT
    • 12 pm AST (Arabian Standard Time)
    • 2:30 pm IST
    • 5 pm CST (China)
    • 6 pm JST
    • 7 pm AEDT
    • 9 pm NZST

    While you wait for the DLC, you can prepare for the heist in several ways. One of the best ways to do so is by completing the Fine Arts Collector Program to get special rewards.

    GTA Online The Kortz Center Heist can be pre-loaded

    GTA Online The Kortz Center Heist is available for pre-load on PS5 and XBOX Series X|S only. The update size on PS5 is 1.9 GB, while the size on XBOX Series X|S is 5.11 GB.

    Pre-loading means you can download the update, but its features will remain locked until the actual release date and time. So you can download the update, but its features will not be applied to the game until July 14, 2026, 5 AM EDT.

    As of now, the update cannot be pre-loaded on PC, XBOX One, or PS4. If you are on those platforms, you will get to download only after it drops on Tuesday.
