Twitch streamer Morgan “Frogan” has announced that she intends to continue the copyright infringement lawsuit that Ethan Klein filed against her using fellow content creator Denims’ legal team. For context, in May 2026, reports surfaced online claiming that Ethan Klein had won his lawsuit against Frogan after a clerk granted it a default judgment.
The H3 Podcast host eventually stated that the political commentator lost the legal battle, adding that “she is guilty.”
On July 14, 2026, Frogan took to X to announce that she had hired Denims’ legal team, who will now be representing her moving forward:
“Hi all, I know I have been quiet the last year with what has been happening with my lawsuit, but I can partially explain to you all what I have been dealing with. TLDR; I hired Denim’s legal defense team and they will be representing me going forward. I intend to continue to fight the lawsuit.”
The content creator then claimed that her case received a default judgment after “settlement negotiations failed.”
She elaborated:
“Unlike what has been said and speculated, my previous legal defense team has been in communication with Ethan’s team since August 2025. During this time with Ethan’s team, it was months and months of settlement negotiations. When you enter settlement negotiations, you are given a list of ways to potentially settle, which I ultimately disagreed with. After settlement negotiations failed, my case defaulted. After my case defaulted, I attempted to find a new lawyer. I reached out and scheduled a meeting with Denim’s legal team and now here we are – I have retained them and they will be representing me going forward. I intend to continue to fight the lawsuit.”
Frogan launches “lawsuit defense fund” to raise $200,000
The Twitch streamer has launched a new GoFundMe campaign, this time with a goal of raising $200,000 to fund her legal battle against Ethan Klein after hiring Denims’ team.
While claiming that the 41-year-old podcaster engaged in a “targeted harassment campaign” against her, Frogan explained why she is raising funds, writing:
“After nearly two years of a targeted harassment campaign against me, Ethan Klein has now escalated it into suing me for reacting to his video on Hasan and myself on his video titled “Content Nuke – Hasan Piker”. This fundraiser is to cover any and all legal fees associated with his complaint, any counterclaims I may have against him, and any other bills and personal expenses from lost wages and damages arising from this litigation.”
As of this writing, Frogan’s GoFundMe campaign has raised $40,434, reaching 21% of the total goal.
