We are in the final stages of the current edition of EA Sports’ annual football game, and we are also wondering what the EA FC 27 player ratings would look like. Whether you are a long-time fan of the Blaugrana or just looking to build a powerhouse Ultimate Team, Barcelona player ratings are always a hot topic in the EA FC community. As we edge closer to the usual launch period in the fall, it is time to dive into my Sportskeeda predictions for how both the men’s and women’s squads will shape up after an incredibly eventful year.
NOTE: These ratings are unofficial and purely speculative.

EA FC 27 player ratings prediction for FC Barcelona
Now, let us get into the juicy part that you have been waiting for. Here is exactly how I think the men’s squad will be rated when you boot up the upcoming EA FC 27.
There are some significant upgrades and downgrades in this lineup. Lamine Yamal is poised for a massive upgrade to 91 after an electric season and a stunning World Cup performance. Pedri might also join the 90 club, reflecting his commanding presence in the midfield. On the defensive end, the rock-solid performances of Pau Cubarsí and Eric García last season got them the well-deserved upgrade to 85.
Now, players like Araujo, Christensen, and Gavi might receive a downgrade, as they didn’t get much playtime. If they did get to play in matches, it wasn’t on par with their teammates. The new English winger Anthony Gordon showcased some exceptional performances with Newcastle United and England at the World Cup, so I expect him to be rated 85. Meanwhile, the other new signing, Karim Adeyemi, is a talented winger but didn’t drop such performances to get a significant upgrade.

Moving on to the Barcelona Femení, their ratings reflect sheer dominance across all competitions. Here is what I expect the new EA FC 27 player ratings to look like for the women’s team.
Aitana Bonmatí rightfully holds her crown at an incredible 91 overall, matching her real-life midfield mastery. Clàudia Pina’s magnificent goal-scoring exploits last season might earn her a fantastic leap to 89, while promising young stars like Vicky Lopez and Esmee Brugts would also see healthy upgrades after playing pivotal roles in the quadruple-winning season.

Major names like Robert Lewandowski, Alexia Putellas, Ona Batlle, and Mapi León will no longer be representing Blaugranas in EA FC 27. There are also some new names like Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi in the above table. The transfer market is still young, so we might see more changes in the squads, and the tables will be updated accordingly. Moreover, I would like to remind you to take these EA FC 27 ratings for Barcelona with a grain of salt, as these are simply my predictions.
