It was reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania that Milwaukee Bucks star Tyler Herro got into a physical altercation with his former teammate, Bam Adebayo. On Friday, the former Miami Heat co-stars ran into each other as their teams faced off in the Summer League.
After Adebayo confronted Herro about his remarks about him on social media, things apparently took a different turn. The one-time All-Star criticized the star big man for making $60 million a year on his reported second Instagram account. According to Charania’s report, Adebayo struck Herro “in the face area.”
Thanks for the submission!
NBA insider Chris Haynes also reported on the incident in Las Vegas on “NBA on Prime.” During the broadcast, Herro was seen interacting with fans. However, it was obvious that he had a swollen eye, which many assumed he had after the altercation with Adebayo was reported.

Tyler Herro Says “It’s All Love” With the Heat
Even after everything that the Miami Heat has done, Tyler Herro still has love for the franchise. When league insider Chris Haynes spoke with Herro on Friday, he expressed his admiration and respect for the team, the coaching staff, and some of his teammates.
“It’s all love in Miami. I’ve seen a couple of the guys, coaching staff. Chris Quinn, Spo. We’re all good in Miami and an opportunity for both sides to reset and get a fresh start. We’re both super happy for this,” Herro said.
In the clip posted on X, Tyler Herro did not mention Bam Adebayo, who was his running mate for seven seasons. Together, they were the top stars in Miami and helped the team reach the NBA Finals in 2020 with Jimmy Butler. However, they haven’t been successful over the past few seasons, leading to Herro being traded this offseason.
