Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, showed support to Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham’s sassy move.
On Sunday, Cunningham posted a series of photos from the court after winning against the Los Angeles Sparks 111-87 in Indianapolis on Saturday.
Thanks for the submission!
The carousel also featured her viral “pointing finger” gesture, which took the internet by storm after the Indiana Fever vs. Phoenix Mercury game on Monday.

Brittany was impressed.
“This post🤣👏🏼🔥,” she wrote in the comments section.
Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt left two comments, writing, “👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼” and “👑.”
Cunningham’s teammate, Caitlin Clark also showed support by commenting with two white-heart emojis.

On Monday, the viral moment took place after Clark fouled DeWanna Bonner with 7:57 remaining in the fourth quarter. Next, Bonner turned aggressively to push Clark’s body off of her. It led to a brief scuffle between them. Clark was subsequently given a technical foul for clapping and instigating.
Afterwhich, Cunningham walked over to the officials to stand up for Clark.
Next, Cunningham pointed toward Bonner and argued to the referee, “Now Caitlin got a tech, but why didn’t she get one? It shouldn’t have been one or the other.”
Bonner yelled back, “Don’t you point at me!”
Sophie Cunningham stopped speaking entirely and stood completely frozen with her finger extended while maintaining direct eye contact. Meanwhile, Bonner had to be physically restrained by her teammates.
The stand-off finally ended when a team staff member guided Cunningham back toward the bench, resulting in double technical fouls for both players.
On Saturday, Cunningham broke down exactly what triggered the exchange on an episode of her podcast, “Show Me Something.”
“I was like, ‘Oh, shouldn’t have said that.’ And I didn’t say a word… I think it was so dumb,” she said. But it was (expletive) her (Bonner) off, and I couldn’t help myself. She was losing her (expletive), and all I was doing was literally pointing.”
In the podcast, Sophie Cunningham also did not hesitate to slam WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert. She called out the WNBA for failing to protect Caitlin Clark.
