New Delhi, Godrej Properties on Tuesday said it has sold more than 1,000 apartments in Bengaluru for Rs 2,000 crore in its newly-launched residential project.In a regulatory filing, the company said that it has “sold homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its project Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru.”The project, spread over 36 acre, has a total developable area potential of 3.53 million sq ft and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,700 crore.Godrej Properties launched this project in the first week of June.
