As you progress through Romestead, you will encounter a variety of gameplay systems, ranging from crafting and exploration to boss battles and settlement management. Among these, the god feature stands out as one of the most important progression mechanics. As mentioned earlier, there are seven gods available in Romestead. To access the deity system, you must first complete the tutorial quest. By doing so, you will construct several buildings, including the Altar. Once it is ready, you get access to the worship system for all seven deities. The available gods are:

    • Minerva: Goddess of Wisdom
    • Mars: God of War
    • Mercury: God of Speed
    • Vulcan: God of Fire and Forge
    • Venus: Goddess of Love and Beauty
    • Diana: Goddess of Nature, Hunting, and the Moon
    • Ceres: Goddess of Agriculture and Crops

How to unlock all gods in Romestead

The god system becomes available as soon as the Altar is ready during the early tutorial quest. There is a dedicated deity progression mechanic, where you need to earn and invest Worship Points. These points are obtained by making offerings at the Altar.

However, the amount earned will depend on both the item and the deity receiving it. Interestingly, you can also opt to sacrifice villagers to gain extra Worship Points. The god progression system works as follows:

    • Progress through the game and gather resources, crafted items, rare materials, and boss drops.
    • Visit the Altar and select a deity.
    • Offer items or villagers to earn Worship Points. These points will be based on the offering’s value and the chosen god.
    • Invest Worship Points into the deity’s progression tree to unlock blessings, bonuses, buffs, and other rewards.
