Alex Rodriguez’s girlfriend, Meghan Hayden, recently stirred up a buzz online with her latest post, where she offered a sneak peek of her intense fitness regimen. She sported a navy blue athletic co-ord set and tied her hair in a tight bun to complete her workout look.
In the post, Hayden shared a workout split for fitness enthusiasts that combines HIIT and ERGS. She also shared a demo of herself following the split in under 45 minutes.
