AEW has subtly revealed All In 2026 Main Event

AEW is around a couple of months away from its biggest international event of the year, All In: London. While the card for the show is still under construction, it appears that the Tony Khan-led company’s social media profile may have very subtly teased what could turn out to be the main event of the pay-per-view.

After hosting last year’s highly successful iteration of the show in Texas, All Elite Wrestling returns to London later this year for the 2026 edition of All In. While a number of storylines are currently in development which are likely going to reach their culmination at the PPV, perhaps the most prominent angle the promotion is working on right now is the story of Will Ospreay’s comeback from injury, and his journey to the main event of All In: London for a shot at the AEW Men’s World Championship, seemingly under Jon Moxley’s tutelage.

Notably, after he had failed to unseat The One True King for his Continental Title at Dynasty, The Aerial Assassin was seen catching up with Kenny Omega backstage, with both men motivating each other to carry on their respective World Title pursuits. Although this angle was not immediately followed up on, the Englishman once again crossed paths with The Cleaner backstage after he beat Samoa Joe in his 2026 Owen Hart Foundation Cup quarterfinal round matchup at Double or Nothing 2026.

Kenny offered Ospreay his help to prepare him for AEW All In, and asked him why he went to The Death Riders for support instead of coming to him, prompting the “Billy Goat” to point out that the Elite member is not around very often. Omega tried explaining that he no longer feels the same confidence about climbing back to the top, although he repeatedly offered Ospreay his guidance, and warned him to watch his back with The Death Riders- advice Jon Moxley seemingly himself agreed with when he interrupted the scene.

Speculations based on AEW’s current programming suggest that The Sky King will win this year’s Owen Hart Tournament to seal his spot in the main event of All In. On the other hand, the promotion recently announced a new PPV, Redemption, which will air from Montreal, Quebec, Canada this coming July. Also, seemingly co-incidentally, the company’s YouTube channel recently uploaded the entirety of Kenny Omega’s IWGP US Title defense against Will Ospreay from Forbidden Door 2023, calling it potentially the best match in the promotion’s history in the title.

The Jacksonville-based company presumably did not plant all these seeds for no reason, and it is entirely possible that Omega will redeem his Dynasty 2026 loss to MJF at Redemption to reclaim the World Title, which could then clear the path to The Best Bout Machine defending the championship against Ospreay at All In: London. While this is all speculation, the promotion’s product over the last few months seems to indicate that the former arch-rivals-turned-allies could feasibly be the ones who will main event the August 30 pay-per-view.

Will Ospreay avenged a major loss this week on AEW Dynamite

Although their last encounter had to be cut short due to referee stoppage in favour of Mark Davis, Will Ospreay’s Owen Cup semifinal match against his former friend this week on Wednesday Night Dynamite ended with The Commonwealth Kingpin submitting Dunkzilla for the win. Although the Don Callis Family sent its ranks to sabotage the former International Champion, The Death Riders and Konosuke Takeshita thwarted all outside interference from the heel group.

It remains to be seen whether Ospreay will face Swerve Strickland or Brody King in the finals of the 2026 Owen Hart Tournament.
