Ferran Torres has reportedly reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain and is expected to leave Barcelona before the 2026/27 season officially begins.
Torres, whose contract with Barcelona ends in 2027, has been linked with an exit from the Catalan club, with Paris Saint-Germain understood to be leading the race for his signature.

According to Marca, Ferran Torres is Paris-bound for the upcoming season, barring a major upset, having agreed to a four-year deal with the Ligue 1 giants. Talks have been held between Barcelona sporting director Deco and PSG sporting director Luis Campos regarding a transfer.
The final transfer fee for the Spaniard, including add-ons, is said to be around the €50 million mark, while sources familiar with the negotiations say an agreement is very close and could be announced soon.
The report adds that Barcelona are scheduled to meet with Torres next Wednesday, the day he and other Spain players who played in the 2026 World Cup are due to rejoin training with the first team.
But with the forward nearing a move to the French capital, the meeting is now considered unnecessary as his representatives have informed the LaLiga champions of his desire to join Paris Saint-Germain.
Spanish journalist Gerard Romero corroborated the report, stating that Torres called boss Hansi Flick this week, communicating his decision to leave Barca and join PSG.
Barca, who are on the hunt for a new forward, are close to an agreement with PSG, and a deal could be reached in the coming days.
On the part of both clubs, they intend to finalise the transfer before Wednesday so that Torres will not have to return to training with La Blaugrana.
Torres struggled for regular playing time last season. Amid his uncertain future, the 26-year-old refused to rule out leaving Camp Nou and stated that Barca must show that they want him if he is to continue playing at the club.

Despite not being a regular starter, Torres enjoyed his best-scoring individual campaign for Barcelona in the 2025-26 season. In 33 league appearances, he found the net 16 times and provided two assists with an average rating around 7.1.
In the UEFA Champions League, he played 10 matches and recorded four goal contributions (3 goals and one assist). His total goal tally last season was 21 in 49 appearances across all competitions.
To date, he has scored 65 goals for the Catalan club across five seasons in 207 matches.
