    Sword Hunter (Void) is a new limited-time, Exclusive-tier unit in Anime Vanguards that was introduced via the second part of Exterminator update on July 28, 2026. Its in-game appearance is inspired by an anime character known as Ye Shunguang, featured in the Zenless Zone Zero series.

    To obtain the Sword Hunter (Void) unit, you must progress through tier 50 of Update 14.0 Part 2 Event Pass. To achieve this faster, you must participate in the stages that spawn more units in each wave. Alternatively, you can join the infinity mode for optimum grinding.

    Passive abilities

    Swordforce

    • Gain 1 Swordforce stack every 2 attacks.

    When entering or leaving Illumination:

    • Deal 300% of this unit’s damage to all enemies.

    While in Illumination:

    • Attacks hit all enemies on the map.
    • Buff Critical Chance by 100% and gain Overcrit.
    • Lose 1 Swordforce stack per attack.

    Whenever this unit gains or loses a self-applied buff, deal 20% of this unit’s damage to all enemies in range.

    Attacks bypass 40% of Damage Reduction; Buff damage by 50% per Swordforce stack.

    While in Illumination:

    • Inflict 50% Slow on enemies in range.
    • Buff damage by 50% each time a Swordforce stack is lost.
    • Remove the damage gained from lost stacks when Illumination ends.

    When entering or leaving Illumination, buff the damage of all units in range by 40% for 60 seconds.
