Twitch star Imane “Pokimane” has opened up about having a “baby fever,” claiming that her body is telling her to “have a baby.” The Moroccan-Canadian personality took to TikTok to post a 36-second clip. While claiming that the video was meant “just for ladies,” Pokimane stated that “logically” she did not want to have a child.

However, the co-founder of OfflineTV (OTV) stated that she had a “biological” desire to “have a baby.”

    The streamer elaborated:

“I hate to admit this, and before I do, I need all the guys to scroll. This is just for the ladies. Okay? I think I have baby fever, and it’s annoying because, like, mentally, logically, I don’t want a child. But sometimes, it feels like biologically, my body is saying, ‘Have a baby.’ It’s just whispering in the back. ‘Why not? Think about it.’ Like my ovaries are playing tricks on me. I can’t be the only one. Right? How do I get rid of this, though?”

Pokimane says she is reconsidering freezing her eggs after learning there is a risk of getting breast cancer

On July 26, 2026, X user @yoxics posted a minute-long video from Pokimane’s recent Just Chatting Twitch stream. In it, the content stated that she was reconsidering freezing her eggs after she learned that the procedure increases the risk of developing breast cancer.

    Imane stated:

“You inject yourself with hormones, so that you can have more than one egg at once, that matures, and then they take that out of you. Apparently, there is a chance… there is a risk that it could increase your chances of getting breast cancer. And I have numerous family members who have had breast cancer. And I really did not consider this this whole time I was planning on freezing my eggs, and now I am like, ‘Actually, maybe not.'”

    The 30-year-old added:

“I also want to be very clear – I’m not saying that it definitely does increase your risk or not. Everybody’s hormonal profile is different, but…”

Pokimane made headlines on June 1, 2026, when she spoke up about a man who tried to take inappropriate pictures of her in Japan, saying that she “blamed herself a little because she was wearing a pleated skirt.”
