The Ozone Ascent Mega Rayquaza Timed Research is available for free Pokemon GO trainers participating in the event. There is also a paid Premium Timed Research questline available. Both provide 1x Meteorite each as rewards which is needed to learn Dragon Ascent which then allows trainers to Mega Evolve Rayquaza.
The Ozone Ascent event runs from Saturday, July 25, at 10 am local time to Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 8 pm local time.

- Win 2 raids – Rayquaza encounter
- Rewards: 3840 XP. 1x Meteorite, 3840x Stardust

How to complete Celestial Scales Premium Mega Rayquaza Timed Research in Pokemon GO
The Premium Timed Research is available for US$4.99. The tasks and rewards are:
